Europe

We will send your order by standard recorded delivery within Europe. Orders up to 250.00 euros will be charged at 15.00 euros postage and packaging. Orders over 250.00 euros there will be no charge for postage and packaging.

We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order; then a further email confirming that your order is ready for dispatch along with your shipping reference number. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Tom Tom Ibiza Online will not take any responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.

International Delivery

We will gladly ship all over the world! Depending on your location, international delivery takes between 5 - 10 working days. A signature is required upon receipt.

Customs & Duty

Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and sales taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
