Terms of Purchase

1. Overview
1.1. The placing of an order to tomtomibiza.com constitutes acceptance by the customer of these legal conditions.
1.2. An order is not final until it is accepted/approved by tomtomibiza.com

2. Shipping
2.1. tomtomibiza.com will not ship any product/s until the tomtomibiza.com Management Department is satisfied that payment has been made.
2.2. Delivery shall be deemed as received when the carrier has delivered the product/s to the customers shipping address.
2.3. The client must check the product/s upon arrival and must notify us of any damage during transport within 24 hours after receipt of said product/s
2.4. Shipping included to the Peninsula and the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands.
2.5. Free shipping to the rest of Europe for purchases above 300€.

3. Returns
3.1. tomtomibiza.com will not accept returns after 15 days from the date of purchase. In the case of refunds, within this period, the customer shall bear the costs of the return of said product/s.
3.2. tomtomibiza.com will not accept returns if the product is not received in perfect condition.
3.3. tomtomibiza.com will not accept returns if the product packaging is not the original packaging and is not in perfect condition. The original packaging should be used so that it arrives in perfect condition as it was delivered
3.4. All returns must be authorized by tomtomibiza.com. For this, the customer must inform tomtomibiza.com by email info@tomtomibiza.com or by phone with the reason for return and your invoice number.
3.5. The costs of such transportation/return deliveries shall be borne by the customer.

4. Prices
4.1 The prices on the website tomtomibiza.com include VAT.
4.2 Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent in the Order Confirmation page/email.
4.3 Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, these will be added to your basket and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment.

Warranty
The warranty period of our products is indicated in the Sales Act Guarantees of consumer goods.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Costs arising due to wear and use or misuse.
- Defects caused due to aging or climate factors.
